Leadership and Strategic Impact amplifies your strategy, communication, and leadership skills to help you drive breakout performance for your organization. Via robust, experiential learning frameworks, you’ll refine your unique strategic leadership style and develop your ability to communicate and implement strategy across the enterprise.
Peer learning happens naturally at LSI. Participants drawn from global organizations contribute fresh perspectives and insights to the challenges of business, and their interactions become a powerful component of the LSI experience, forming bonds that build a valuable, lifelong network. Post-program coaching keeps participants on track and focused on action plans.
This weeklong leadership training program is held at the Tuck School of Business in Hanover, New Hampshire. Tuck is a preeminent business school committed to fostering a distinctly collaborative community and educating wise leaders to better the world of business. Tuck’s globally recognized faculty are both researchers and practitioners who work one-on-one with Leadership and Strategic Impact participants to accelerate learning.
All participants in Leadership and Strategic Impact complete a 360-degree leadership assessment prior to the program. This exercise reveals strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of special focus during the immersive training course. Participants engage in exercises facilitated by Action Learning Associates, who are experts at linking leadership development to business strategy through experiential learning methods. Through faculty and peer coaching, you will create a personal action plan that will maximize your strategic leadership potential. LSI’s core curriculum focuses on the most important questions for contemporary leadership:
You can’t change what you can’t describe. Successful leaders develop strategies to communicate powerfully with internal and external constituencies. Leadership and Strategic Impact dives deep into successful strategic communications, offering approaches to help you develop your professional identity, polish a corporate brand, and manage reputation in times of crisis or growth.
Leadership and Strategic Impact teaches you to think more strategically about your business. By examining past success (and failure) and identifying dependencies within the enterprise, you’ll develop a strategic decision making framework that helps you innovate, execute, and create value.
