She is author of Career GPS: Strategies for Women Navigating the New Corporate Landscape, and co-author of Our Separate Ways: Black and White Women and the Struggle for Professional Identity. She has contributed to scholarly journals and written for The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Black Enterprise, Essence, and other mainstream publications.
