LSI Program Elements

Leadership

All participants in Leadership and Strategic Impact complete a 360-degree leadership assessment prior to the program. This exercise reveals strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of special focus during the immersive training course. Participants engage in exercises facilitated by Action Learning Associates, who are experts at linking leadership development to business strategy through experiential learning methods. Through faculty and peer coaching, you will create a personal action plan that will maximize your strategic leadership potential. LSI’s core curriculum focuses on the most important questions for contemporary leadership:

  • How can I lead change across the enterprise?
  • How can I develop corporate culture and a collaborative mindset?
  • How can I create a reliable feed-forward processes for growth?
  • How can I identify and develop talent—including my own?

Communication

You can’t change what you can’t describe. Successful leaders develop strategies to communicate powerfully with internal and external constituencies. Leadership and Strategic Impact dives deep into successful strategic communications, offering approaches to help you develop your professional identity, polish a corporate brand, and manage reputation in times of crisis or growth.

Strategic Mindset

Leadership and Strategic Impact teaches you to think more strategically about your business. By examining past success (and failure) and identifying dependencies within the enterprise, you’ll develop a strategic decision making framework that helps you innovate, execute, and create value.
